I lost something at Janey, what do I do?

Best thing you can do, is contact the event location. They collect lost items, I don't (but of course you can always send me a message). The location differs per party, you can find it on my Instagram and Facebook. Give them a call, that usually works fastest!

I bought a ticket, but I won’t be able to attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Sorry you can’t make it! Unfortunately, I can’t refund purchased tickets. Don’t worry though, try to resell your ticket on TicketSwap. It's the safest way to buy and sell tickets.

I bought a ticket online, but can’t find it in my email. How do I get it?

The event got cancelled, what happens to my ticket?

If my event gets cancelled, I will contact you with further information. Is it postponed? Then all tickets will still be valid. In case of a complete cancellation, all ticket will of course be refunded.
